Empowering generations for a sustainable future.
Chrestote in Action is a Kenyan foundation building capacity and dignity in the communities hardest to reach — through education, livelihoods, clean water and human-rights advocacy.

Eight areas of focus, one purpose: human dignity.
Education & STEM
Building young people's readiness for the job market and for life.
Water, Sanitation & Hygiene
Safe water, dignified sanitation and handwashing in schools and homes.
Sustainable Livelihoods
Innovative agriculture, food security and women's enterprise.
Health & Wellbeing
Adolescent reproductive health and community health research.
Climate & Environment
Conservation and local adaptation against a changing climate.
Human Rights & Protection
Preventing violence against children and advancing social justice.

Children, youth and women carry Kenya's future — yet too often they are left behind.
Women make up just over half the population and young people two-thirds, yet they continue to lag on nearly every social, political and economic measure. Left unaddressed, that gap excludes whole communities from development.
We use multidisciplinary, multi-sectoral approaches — advocacy, mentoring, partnerships and capacity-building — to break the cycle of poverty and ignorance, especially where help is hardest to reach.
